Hi Brian, did you see my presentation?" "Off course Larry that's why I'm calling you," he said laughing. "I think its good, you've got four slides which go straight to the point. But have you thought of possible questions they might ask you?" "Like what?" Asked Larry. "Like what is the benefit of having a learning strategy? What does it involve? How long will it take to create it?" Brian went quiet after asking the question. Larry said, "honestly Brian I didn't think about that, I thought they would be impressed with the idea." "They might," said Brian, "but remember you are doing something that hadn't been done previously. It's best you try to allay their fears by being able to answer some of their questions, because as a leadership team they will have questions. Apart from that I think you've got the right information in your presentation, just be prepared for questions." Larry thanked Brian for his advice and dropped the phone. He will need to get to the office early to think about what Brian just told him and prepare. But he was glad Brian liked his presentation. It was almost 12 midnight when Brian got into bed.
