What a wonderfully upbeat quote that is, and it tallies nicely with the fact that May is National Smile Month in the UK. Unfortunately it's also the month when the Eurovision song contest takes place (sorry to all you enthusiasts of kitsch out there), and for the petrolheads there's also the Indy500. Many of the articles published on TrainingZone in May were problem solvers, the pick of the bunch being the ever-topical managing coalitions article, as well as a useful guide to simplifying the training work ethic; and as the summer approached there were inspirational words from Keith Hatter on how to train like an athlete from the comfort of your desk. Here's to a similarly eclectic May 2011.
