A new tool to help UK companies of any size, in any sector, search for skills advice has been launched today. What's your verdict?
The UK Commission for Employment & Skills (UKCES) has revealed its newest initiative in its mission to up-skill the nation’s workforce – a search tool called talentmap. It’s billing ‘talentmap’ as an ‘innovative online tool’ aimed at making the previously confusing task of how and where to get skills advice more streamlined and accessible.
It has been designed for all sectors and sized companies, and all skills abilities and is the brainchild of Sir Mike Rake (Chairman of BT and UKCES).
