Developments at Sift
During the past couple of weeks, Sift have transferred all our main sites to Netcom's web servers in Bracknell. This should result in very faster access and download times and the servers are closer to the central Internet backbone in the UK. Unfortunately, the move has led to some technical difficulties which means there have been occasional breaks in service. With the introduction of some software upgrades, these should be sorted. We apologise for any delays you may have experienced.

Last weekend, Sift also moved to smart new office accommodation. The new address and phone number are given at the end. If you're really keen, you can even look at a picture of the offices at !

Also in the pipeline to appear early in the new year is a new 'Toolkit for Managers' being written by Penny Sharland and Tim Pickles to be published jointly by Pavilion Publishing and Gower. This will complement the existing highly successful series of 'Toolkit for Trainers' and 'Toolkit for Managing Change'. The new toolkit will provide more than 60 practical models and tools to help managers integrate many of the more innovative and radical ideas about organisational and management development into their practice.
