Did you know? Some recent studies have shown that 35% of all training and staff development will be delivered electronically by 2000. Looking at the sitution which exists today, this still seems somewhat unlikely, but there is no doubt that this is the fastest growing sector of the market. Whether you are a training provider, a learner, a manager or a coach - how ready are you for this shift?
This week's issue focuses on the Training Solutions Show and IT Training Show taking place at the National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham from 6 - 8 July. IPD - chartered institute debate hots up

Two weeks ago we reported on the progress being made by the Institute of Personnel and Development towards chartered status. All members have now received a short booklet from the Institute. Debate on the issue is picking up in our Comments area.
