The TUC has for some time had a 'Know Your Rights' telephone helpline available for both members and non-members. The telephone helpline is used for ordering leaflets on worker rights and other workplace issues.
From 26th April 1999 to 31st July 2000 the 'Know Your Rights' line received calls covering the following issues:
