Why is it that everything bumbles along quite nicely, customers ring up and book training, scheduling courses becomes difficult and you feel tired working but happy with the turnover.  Then all hell breaks loose and people cancel or change dates leaving great chunks of time empty, you then worry about income, marketing sale and all the other stuff that you forget about when training is flowing in.  It's a constant frustrating cycle in my business; I am in the business not working on the business, a classic mistake.  Do my website help or hinder??  www.itseasy.co.uk
