As well-meaning as Jo’s intentions are, mailing a respondent directly for more help and discussion is surely getting away from the open forum aspect of ‘Any Answers’.
Maybe this would work better if, once a ‘conclusion’ has been reached between them, or useful guidelines found, that these are posted up for other HRZoners to see and for future reference?
