Benefit busters!
Hi Rich
Welcome to the TZ blogosphere – interesting post – I just wondered whether you had been watching that jobseekers programme – Benefit Busters? It’s really good – I saw your blog and it made me think of that! Happy bloggin’.

Know the feeling
Hi Rich
I too work for a private training company with programmes funded by JCP. Yes I did the Gateway to Work programme delivery here in Hull and know and understand what it’s like. Particularly running two week courses back to back with mandated clients. Fortunately I now work on a lone parents programme where the customers (as we call them) are voluntary and wanting to bring some positive change into their lives.
Not sure what level of experience you have but if I can help you survive, pass on training materials we used which worked, etc feel free to e-mail me.
I guess you, like me, could write quite a book on experiences.
Take care
Ian
