Tim’s background, before becoming interested in personal and organisational development, was in management and customer care for a large international air operator. He entered the world of training and development through his experience of leading and managing teams and projects in a fast moving and pressurised environment. Now, with many years of consultancy experience both in the UK and globally, he coaches, trains and advises key players in a wide range of organisations.

Tim’s favourite area of research and development is in coaching organisational and group professional leadership skills. He has run Leadership Mastery programmes for senior managers for over seven years as well as writing training programmes for developing ‘excellence’ in leadership. Tim has lectured and taught in many parts of the world including UK, Europe, North America, Antigua and Russia.

He set up his own company, Pro-Active Learning over nine years ago and has run this successfully whilst also working with two other leading edge consultancies in the field of Human Resource Development. He has much practical experience of designing, leading and managing major training, development and organisational change initiatives. He provides 1:1 coaching to individuals as a means to support them in achieving both personal and business goals.

Tim is the joint Managing Director of DNA Global LTD, a specialist coaching and leadership development institution. He is a member of the Association for Management Education and Development as well as the Institute of Continuing Professional Development.

Tim is married with three children. In his spare time he enjoys foreign travel, sailing, skiing, squash and renovating period properties. He is an avid reader and investor in his own personal development and spends much of his time in learning and developing new skills and methodologies in order to add value to the people he works with.
