Hi all,

I'm currently trying to create a time in use template for the project management environment. The idea is to identify where most of their time is spent working on a project. Can you help?

    I use an excel based worklog which I have running at all times – it’s really easy to get into the habit of logging when you change tasks – and I use a set of codes which, again makes ir easy to tally up different types of activity, categories of client etc. for monitoring purposes using the countif function.
