I am a management trainer with many years experience of face-to-face training. I have specialised in many aspects of management skills, particularly Time Management.
The focus of the workshop is to help participants realise that time itself cannot be managed - but what we do with it certainly can. I will help people deal with blockers, set priorities and share best practice.
