Hello, i am running a short (3hours) time management course that looks a bit bland at the moment and i was wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of any free resources?
The course is inlcuding topics such as managing interruptions, idenitfying and managing the stress of poor time management, identifying time wasters etc.
Your assistance is very much appreciated

Time Management exercise
Hi Lucy
Try this exercise I submitted a few weeks back. It’s interactive, visual, gets people on their feet and works really well if interspersed with theory/tips and tactics input from yourself. Click through to https://www.trainingzone.co.uk/topic/free-resources/free-resources-time-robber-exercise/133490

Slides
Hi Lucy
Send me your email address and I’ll fire you back some slides on a TM course that I put together. There’s nothing particularly original in there but it covers some of the things you mentioned.
Cheers

Tips to Save Time
Greetings, Lucy!
My blog, PowerofSlow.wordpress.com, focuses on how you can improve your relationship with time so you have more of it. While I discuss classic time management techniques (such as the Eisenhower Principle or urgent/non-urgent versus important/non-important items), my platform has more to do with task management; that is, you cannot really manage time itself, only the things you do in the time that you have.
In a nutshell, multitasking is a myth. Your mind can’t do it, so don’t even try.
I also have a free eBook, 8 Ways to Live Mindfully, that you can receive when you sign up for my Slow Tip newsletter.
Best to you!
