I am looking for an overview of the development of Leadership from early 1900's. How were employees viewed early on and how that changed. Also would love to find a great video that goes over the development of Leadership and workforce as far as Leadership/Management is concerned.

I’m not being picky but there are books covering the development of "scientific management" but "leadership" goes back to Alexander the Great, Sun Tzu etc.
I don’t know of any videos on the subject…maybe that is a youtube opportunity!
