TMA, one of the global leaders in blended global training and talent development, has changed its name and brand identity to TMA World.
The name change aims to underline the company’s ability to blend thought leadership with practical learning solutions across more than 35 countries and 15 languages.
TMA World CEO, Christopher Crosby, said: “Fortune 1000 organisations have to evolve at an ever faster rate, to drive both synergies and competitive advantage. Challenges they face in this global environment include a shortage of leadership talent, higher performance expectations, tougher economic conditions and stronger competition.
“The organisations which succeed will be those able to develop and integrate talent at all levels to common standards and abilities – regardless of location.
“Talent is a global resource, yet cultural and local issues cannot be ignored. Our goal is to offer world class enterprise-wide learning that is aligned to business and strategic goals but delivered in a way that is relevant to individuals around the world.”
