Tony Wilson is a qualified IiP Advisor who has helped over 50 organisations prepare their Action Plans when committing to work towards the standard. He has worked with organisations of between 30 and 850 employees, to take them to accreditation. He acts as facilitator and coach to get employees to make the necessary changes but usually is invited in by MD or equivalent. His role is not Consultancy but very much hands on advisory and coaching in order to have ownership of change in the hands of the people.
