The acclaimed Toolkit area of TrainingZone – where we make available training and learning resources, briefing and discussion papers, book extracts and other materials – has now been significantly improved. Virtually all the resources can now be viewed on your browser screen. Previously these resources could only be downloaded to your computer in Word 6 format. This option is still available, but the additional choice means you will be able to preview each resource before calling for a download.
