I have been asked to ‘create’ (Total) Quality Management and/or continuous improvement in (I.T.) training delivery for a new subsidiary company.

Can anyone, who has first hand experience, recommend a template (if there is such a thing) for this particular purpose?

  1. We bought excellent training on this.
    We bought excellent training in this area from SafeStep Ltd, who used a guy named Andrew Glass.
    We decided that we needed the training from people who already had a good understanding rather than try and build our own.
