There are hundreds of books, videos and tapes on the market explaining the wonders of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). Here is yet another one!

The introduction explains this pack cuts through all the hype associated with NLP and presents a down to earth explanation of the main concepts behind the theory explaining how you can apply them to your own personal interactions. "It's all about learning to take control of situations to achieve maximum success".

This really does seem to be the case. The workbook is laid out in a clear design with great emphasis place on you taking part - not just reading. Many pages feature blank spaces preceded by challenging, though provoking questions which check your understanding. A simple key denotes whether you should do some research, watch the video or complete an exercise. The accompanying videos are simple and to the point. They use both case studies and commentary from NLP experts to get the message across very clearly.

Managers in any role will be able to extract and use simple techniques to think differently about their role and how they interact with others, change their own state and that of others and monitor the effectiveness of their own bahaviour. NLP touches on a wide variety of situations including goal setting, communicating, motivating, innovating, learning and changing. With this in mind the pack supports the personal competencies of MCI Management Standards.

If you're interested in learning more about NLP, have picked up and read all the books but are still not convinced then give this pack a try. It provides a much more interactive approach which will capture your attention and make you really think.

Prepare yourself - the world will look very different after completing the pack.
