   Aliya, The Institute of IT trainers have a list of accredited trainers on their website. This might be a useful start point

2. IT train the trainer
   The IITT are one of the best groups to visit re-training in this area http://www.IITT.org.uk They will be able to point you to accredited open/ public programmes.

   If you are looking for bespoke training then look at http://www.trainerbase.co.uk to find a suitable trainer.

   I have recently been involved in running train the trainer for some IT people to help them be more effective at behavioural training – as many organisations are starting to find that skill training is one thing but the opportunity to develop the organisation and its culture is increasingly important – and a wasted opportunity if you only have a person who is capable of delivering technical skills – rather than the whole technology impact on the organisation. But that may be your next step.

3. IITT Certification
   Aliya, the IITT has probably referred you to its own Certification programme, full details are at http://www.tap-training.com. TAP is the only certification qualifying for full membership of the IITT. More than 8,000 IT trainers are TAP-qualified.
