I am putting together a TTT for some potential trainers and was just looking for any inspirational ideas on content. I have covered how and why people learn, barriers to learning. I guess what I am looking for is some examples that can be used to illustrate the above or ways of presenting the above. Also any ideas on assignments. I have to allocate each person a task which they need to breakdown and present to the rest of the group. This can be an everyday task such as making a cup of tea. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
