We’ve been using some of the modules delivered by the Training Foundation. They are well-received by trainers – both new and existing. We particularly like the Faciliation Skills Module since we need to push along the shift in culture from Training being something that is done to you towards Learning which is something you take responsibility for yourself.

I can positively recommend the “Impact Factory” based in Islington, London. They have an inovative view of training which I find most refreshing. I would suggest visiting their web site at http://www.impactfactory.com/

We have used Excel Communications: http://www.excelcom.co.uk/ and I would highly recommend them. They have delivered excellent basic training courses for new trainers, including trainers from different countries, and also run more challenging training to extend the skills of very experienced trainers.

For a more fun and practical approach to Training. Try Kaizen, they do an excellent ‘Brain Friendly Learning’ workshop. http://www.kaizen-training.com/

It takes facilitation to the next level. A must for all trainers who want to expand on their existing skills.
