Trainee Manager Development Programme

Hello all

It has been a number of years since I have been on the site! Its good to be back.

I know this will bring in a heap of responses but I need to source a Management Development Programme that I can customise for approx 12 people. Ideally it would run over a period of 6 months with sessions held in the central belt of Scotland.

Does anyone know of an excellent provider?
