Does anyone have a metric/form to rate trainer competency? If not, can someone please share ideas on how can I go about creating one? I need to assess my internal team and want to do this on the basis of a strong competency framework.

Trainer Competency Framework
Think about what you are trying to assess and why first, and how you will use the results. You can try creating a questionnaire in smartsurvey or surveymonkey – both have useful templates with some suggested questions. If you would like some help with this – let me know, I will be happy to help.
