Does anyone have a template of a trainer observation form which includes items geared toward trainer behaviors?

Learning and development activity assessment

Hi

TrainerBase has developed (by a group of 11 members) a learning and development activity assessment form that enables the assessment of competence within a 20 minute session. The assessment measures competence against criteria for: design of the activity, delivery and evaluation.
