I’m looking into trainer delivery styles as a way to improve the effectiveness of training and wondered if anyone could point me in the direction of any materials, questionnaires, etc. that would help bring this alive for our trainer pool.

Trainer Assessment
I would recommend you buy a copy of “Trainer Assessment: A Guide to Measuring the Performance of Trainers and Facilitators” by Leslie Rae (ISBN 0-566-08457-0).
If fact, when I took the book out to provide you with this information, my book mark was in the chapter on Trainer Styles, which includes a questionnaire.
