I am aware of two –
1) a UKHRD group (http://www.ukhrd.com)
2) a trainerbase group (http://www.trainerbase.co.uk)
That have local ‘chapters’ & I believe that they meet near to you.
The CIPD Central London Branch did have a trainers network but I do not believe that they meet any longer.
