Conflict Resolution (CR) is a necessary part of facilitation and everyday management.

Trainers and developers include CR techniques on many different programmes. I recently came across an incredibly useful resource which I think is probably unbeatable in this area. It is a completely free and downloadable trainer’s manual with full working notes and content descriptor.

The only proviso for use is that attribution has to remain untouched, which seems wholly fair.

I have gone through the material and it appears to me to be top class and worth downloading the individual sections and storing for use in various contexts and situations.
