I am working on a project team to implement new corporate values, along with the new vision and strategy.
For the training program which will train 480 leaders in the business in the new values, I need to empaasise the importance of role modelling or leading by example.
What I am looking for is a high impact WOW! activity for the training that will illustrate the importance of rolemodelling.
