I am a person that doesn't enjoy paperwork or admin tasks. I'd much rather be delivering training sessions or working with a client to implement a new training system. When I am running a course, I class the following as admin tasks:
- Emailing attendance reminders
- Emailing payment reminders
- Booking rooms
- Ordering Lunch
- Posting certificates
All are essential tasks, however they do seem to detract from the enjoyment of delivering training. What are your least enjoyable tasks?
