Training admin- what’s your least favourite task?

I am a person that doesn't enjoy paperwork or admin tasks. I'd much rather be delivering training sessions or working with a client to implement a new training system. When I am running a course, I class the following as admin tasks:

  • Emailing attendance reminders
  • Emailing payment reminders
  • Booking rooms
  • Ordering Lunch
  • Posting certificates

All are essential tasks, however they do seem to detract from the enjoyment of delivering training. What are your least enjoyable tasks?
