I am working with a small company in North Yorkshire, who are looking to improve their training administration (TA), partly by benchmarking. They provide residential training in advanced audio/visual products, and would like to compare how well they do it by looking at how other companies organise their TA. Ideally I would like to arrange a visit to an organisation that also offers residential training, preferably located in Yorkshire. Can you help?
