The latest issue of the ASTD journal has just been published with selected articles available online.

The lead items by Mary Lippett is entitled How to Influence Leaders and looks at how staff can get the support of their top executives by a process of "leading up".

Also in this issue, and available online are a couple of media reviews. One examines a new software package on virtual teamwork, the other explores a new video resource on coaching skills.
