Find benchmarking data for training metrics including average learning days and training spend per employee by organization size. Discover where to access free national and public sector statistics for 2001/2002.

In order to provide report to SMT on training I need some benchmarking info. I used to get it from the industrial society but no longer subscribe dose anyone know where I can find the latest stat’s on the following for 2001/2:
Average training/learning days taken (off the job) per employee – Nationally and Public sector – organisation size 50-100
Average training/learning spend per employee – same as above. FOR FREE!!
