Does anyone have a copy of a contract between a training company and a freelance trainer that they'd be willing to share?

We have used freelance trainers for some time now, but mainly those we've known - and trusted - for a long time, within a loose association of trainers in the north-west.

Now however we've taken on a couple of large contracts that require us to enlarge our associates pool.

We're looking for a legal agreement with standard clauses (no poaching, etc.) that we could ask associates to sign, but so far the only ones I have are geared more towards long-term contracts, and don't seem applicable.
