Training databases in NZ, Oz, Canada, Scandinavia ?

Rural & remote healthcare professionals are in the invidious position of needing a wide range of skills and having difficulty in accessing training. While UK insititutions do provide some relevant distance learning, I’m also looking for other sources and the above countries I believe are the most likely.

Can anyone recommend databases like Learndirect, or perhaps equivalents to the Open University ?

Any other forums I could ask this question in ?
