Training Days per employee in accountancy firms

My Finance department has asked us to come up with some benchmark figures on the number of days training on average they should be providing for their staff. I have some general figures for large organisations, but I understand that accountants in particular, receive a lot of training in professional accountancy firms. Is this true, and if so how many days on average?
