I am currently working on an accreditation process for a training team. I have looked at several other companies and their processes. What I would welcome would be anybodys experiences of what worked and what didn’t. I would also welcome any structural ideas as well.

  1. I have extensive experience of the accreditation process.
    I work closely with the Institue for Supervision and Managment (awarding body) and they have a number of options that you might find usefull, such as their Insigna & Aspire Qualifications. Telephone George Edwards at ISM on 01543 251346. Although most TECs are now asking for trainers involved in Government funded programmes to hold the appropriate Training & Development Units.
