Hello,
An old colleague used to use 12 O’clock High which was linked to Adair’s ‘3 Circles Model’ – he would only show the first 40 minutes or so of the film and pause it after every scene to review what was happening, what the leaders were doing that did and didnt work, many delegates made real connections with it and could see how the model was applied in this situation.
