Training for Pay Evaluation

I need to sort out some training on pay evaluation for myself. I work in the charity sector and at the moment we rely on fairly basic benchmarking. Does anyone know any good courses? I am hoping for a fairly short course that is not too costly, well to be honest - cheap - as our budget isn't great.

Hi Claire

I am not aware of any training, but Xpert HR carry out a comprehensive salary benchmarking exercise each September. There is a cost to it, but it is not prohibative and would probably be more useful to you than any training course.

There are various companies other than these, but we use this one and find it really helpful.
