Does anyone have any good training games which incorporate 'Open & Closed' questions and also Listening skills?

We made our own game
Hi Michelle
We use this during our communication course to show people how important it is to communicate & Listen well.
Find a picture (Something easy as they will need to draw it). Hide the picture so they can’t see it.
The exercise is to ask as many open or closed questions in order to be able to draw the picture.
We find that Aliens work well because they can have 3 eyes, 4 arms and so on…
Show them the picture. Unless they communicated, listened and worked as a team well, they will have not been able to draw the picture correctly.
Then ask them about their approach:
Did they start drawing straight away or did they write all the answers and then draw? Which, do they think is the most efficient and why?
Did they ask silly questions? Remember if you don’t ask these questions for fear of being stupid you will not draw the correct picture.
And you could add your own questions to this. (eg did they make assumptions … danger those leads to)
Hope this helps,
Kind Regards
Chris
