We're putting together a whole series of case studies which aim to reflect best practice in the training world. We know there's a lot of it going on out there, so we're giving you an opportunity to share it with others. Tell us if you've succeeded in achieving and showing an impressive return on investment, if you've initiated a successful training programme in spite of coming up against cultural blocks or management issues, or if you've tried something unusual and found it worked.

We'll be publishing any interesting submissions which we think others could learn from.
