Training Manager

A Training Manager position is available to develop and implement a formal training and development structure across retail, call centre, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have HR experience with an IPD qualification, at least 2 years in a sales environment, and a strong ability to identify individual development needs while supporting the company's Investors in People application.

A Training Manager is required to develop and instigate a formal training/ development structure to serve all areas of this forward thinking, rapidly expanding company.

The business includes retail shops, call centre functions (Mail Order, Customer Service, Telebusiness [inbound/ outbound]) and all associated admin functions, so we require a flexible individual who thrives on variety !!

The successful candidate will be responsible for deciding the resources required to successfully accomplish the current objectives, and to continue to develop our training and development strategy to accommodate the dynamic changes facing the cellular communications industry.

We are looking for someone with a highly developed understanding of uncovering the individual development needs of our most valuable asset – our people.

If you have a HR linked background – ideally with an IPD qualification; At least 2 years experience in a relavant sales environment (e.g. retail or sales focussed call centre) and you are interested in driving the company’s application for Investors in People, we would love to hear from you today !!
