I am a Training Officer for a financial services company in Canary Wharf. I have been working in HR for about 4 years and designing and delivering soft skills programmes for around 2. My problem is that I am the only person in my organisation working in the training function and as I am still learning my role, would find it really useful to share ideas, watch other trainers, discuss how other trainers design and deliver courses, talk freely etc. I have completed my CTP, but feel that I would benefit from a "mentor". Are there any experienced trainers working in the Londond Docklands who would be interested in getting together to share experiences and ideas.
