Training Officer at a financial services company in Canary Wharf seeking an experienced mentor to share training design and delivery ideas. With HR experience and completed CTP certification, Vivienne is looking to connect with trainers in the London Docklands area for professional development and collaboration.

I am a Training Officer for a financial services company in Canary Wharf. I have been working in HR for about 4 years and designing and delivering soft skills programmes for around 2. My problem is that I am the only person in my organisation working in the training function and as I am still learning my role, would find it really useful to share ideas, watch other trainers, discuss how other trainers design and deliver courses, talk freely etc. I have completed my CTP, but feel that I would benefit from a “mentor”. Are there any experienced trainers working in the Londond Docklands who would be interested in getting together to share experiences and ideas.
