I am presently working on a project about training needs analysis and evaluation. Although I have researched this process it would be very helpful if anyone can share their thoughts about the process they go through.
In addition, has anyone got a sample of Training Needs Anaylsis Questionnaires or Pro-formas and provide details of how they evaluate training and coaching (any standard documents used here would also be useful)

There are some TNA forms in the resources section of http://www.trainerbase.co.uk. I have a pdf of one in my profile on the site. Go to the View Trainers, search on my First and Surname, click on ..more and select Resources in my profile window.
