Try contacting the IITT
The IITT (Institute of IT Training) based in Coventry, has regional groups of trainers in most locations. Have a look at their website at http://www.iitt.org.uk/, obviously they are aimed mainly at IT trainers (which you may be of course) but even if not, it’s probably a good place to start.

Another member of the Training Zone and myself thought quite a lot about getting something off the ground, but with only 2 of us we failed to get going really what with other work commitmnents etc. However, now there’s 3 perhaps we could join forces.
