Training on emotional intelligence

I am looking for good courses on developing emotonial intelligence in social services and health managers.

Has anyone completed the Centre for Applied Emotional Intelligence's diploma course and if so how effective was this course?

NLP & Emotional Intelligence & Accelerated Learning
NLP provides an excellent set of skills which underpin development in the areas of emotional intelligence and in accelerated learning. If you want to accelerate your programme design and still make a differnce at an emotional level then look for a course that pulls all these areas together.
