I've been put in charge of the organisation of several training programs and am seeking to formalize the organisation procedure to ensure that nothing is overlooked. I realise that certain preparation activities are company specific but does anyone have a checklist that I could adapt to my personal needs for the organisation of training programs?

Planning a training course
I do have a copy of a publication produced by the Local Government Training Board (now I think the Local Government Management Board) published in the mid 80’s that covers that with some useful checklists. If you e-mail me a fax number I will send them to you. jenny.kevan@compair.com
Checklist
