Hi, I currently use a basic excel spreadsheet to monitor training requests sent into my department. To move this on I am now trying to establish a project plan style (Gantt chart?) that would show activity across a timeline rather than in a list. Would anyone be willing to share their best practices around this or suggest other resources? Many thanks. Julie

Have you tried Visio or Microsoft Project? Both can do what you you want.
