1. I think the training proposal template questions are spam

   I have answered requests before about training proposal templates and have then had a lot of spam in my email inbox! Apologies if this request is a genuine one but I am not so sure as have seen it a few times on Training Zone.

   Having a requirement to complete more of the user profile might help members ascertain the "genuineness" of the contributor.
